Time: 2014-10 to 10, 24
Location: Zhijiang Hotel, Hangzhou, China

The International Cable Technology Conference (ICTC), jointly organized by the Technical Working Committee of the China Radio and Television Association, the Cable TV Working Committee, the Zhejiang Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, and World Broadband Network magazine, held its inaugural session in Hangzhou in 1992. Since then, it has grown into the largest and most influential international forum in China's broadcasting and television information network sector. In recent years, driven by rapid technological and industrial advancements, ICTC has expanded beyond traditional cable TV technologies to encompass the entire transmission and coverage domain, extending from technical implementation to operations management. To align with evolving trends, the event was renamed the "International Transmission and Coverage Conference" starting in 2008. Leaders from the National Radio and Television Administration have delivered policy reports at the conference annually. The program features new technology presentations and multiple specialized technical forums. Renowned in the industry for showcasing cutting-edge technological advances while fostering in-depth discussions on emerging hot topics, ICTC upholds the spirit of open debate, encourages diverse technical perspectives, and guides the development of China's cable TV industry.
This year's conference will center on the key initiatives of the General Administration, building on ICTC's legacy. It will be carefully organized around current development trends and industry needs, featuring keynote sessions and diverse forums. We invite distinguished guests from home and abroad, senior leaders across the industry, experts from various fields, and representatives from all regions to join us for this significant event.
