Whoever buy our communication equipments, we will offer three-year after-sale service. The service contains the following items: (The different will be based on our contract)
1、Guarantee to replace during the first year. During the two years over
the replacement period, If our product mulfunctions in the regular
condition and used correctly according to the statement, we will
derate the Test cost and only collect the device cost
2、collect the upkeep(test cost and device cost) in the following cases:
A. Struck by thunder and High pressur; inundate
B. occurred irresistible natural disaster.
C. over the warranty period

Please check the product and fax the signed list to us according to
which we will set a warranty file for you. If you do not fax, we will
consider that you give up the guarantee right. |
